Introduction

By participating in the contest, you are agreeing to the contest terms and
conditions:

The Summer Escape Giveaway contest is being run by Blakes Family Deals.

Eligibility to Enter

The Summer Escape Giveaway contest is open to entrants who are at least 18 years
of age or older. Blakes Family Deals employees and associates are excluded from
the draw.

By entering the contest, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that
you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 

There are various forms of entries per person and the contest is completely
free to enter. Free entries are available by subscribing to the Blakes Family
Deals email list (in-store or online) and or by presenting the Contest ad (from
the Local Newspaper) you may also obtain additional entries by shopping in
store. Customers will be awarded 1 entry for every $5.00 (USD) spent in store (excluding
tax).

The Prize

Entrants may their entries to enter in the drawing (in store only) for any of
the Various Prize Bundle Baskets of your choosing prior to the drawing date. You
be present in the store to allocate entries in the prize bundle of your choosing.
Entries for any unclaimed online entries will be subject to entry in the prize
of Blakes Family Deals choosing (per availability/subject to their discretion).

The use of specific brands as prizes by Blakes Family Deals does not imply
any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives
will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if
circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Blakes Family Deals's decision on any aspect of the contest is final and
binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random (through a drawing) and notified via the
email address and/or Phone Number provided by the 18th of May 2024.

Blakes Family Deals will make two attempts to contact the winner via email
or by Phone.

If the winner fails to respond to contact attempts within 7 days of the
second notification, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Blakes
Family Deals reserves the right to draw a new and notify a new winner.

Winners of subsequent drawing will be subject to the same terms.

Delivery of the Prize

Blakes Family Deals will allow 7 days from the date of winner notification
for the prize to be picked up in store; otherwise, alternative collection or
delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement. 

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the
competition will be used by Blakes Family Deals for the purposes of
administering the contest and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy
Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing
[email protected].

If requested by Blakes Family Deals, the winner agrees to release their
first name and prize won to other competition participants.

The winner's first name and prize won will be announced on via Blakes Family
Deals social media channels.

If the winners agree to a photo being taken then Blakes Family Deals
reserves the right to use said photo on their website and social media channels
strictly for prize confirmation and/or marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Blakes Family Deals accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or
disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the contest
or being selected for a prize.

General

Blakes Family Deals reserves the right, at any time and without prior
notice, to cancel the contest or amend these terms and conditions.
